A late George III silver soup ladle, in Fiddle pattern with crested terminal, hallmarked William Eley, William Fearn & William Chawner, London 1811, length 12.5" (32cm). Together with a silver Fiddle pattern fish slice with foliate scroll pierced panel to blade, hallmarked London 1837 with William IV Duty mark, maker's mark distorted, length 11.5" (29.5cm). Weight 12.46 ozt (387.4 grams). (2).

Condition Report:
- Both displaying some expected surface wear, marks, scratches and tarnishing commensurate with their age and general use.
- Bowl of soup ladle with some heavier scratches, nicks and pitting marks. Heavier wear around edges.
- Tip of blade to fish slice has lost its sharpness and is now a little blunt.
- Hallmarks to both mostly clear and legible. Some rubbing and residues of polish to marks on ladle. Maker's mark on fish slice possibly reads J H over A H.
- Condition reports are offered as a guide only and we highly recommend inspecting any lot to satisfy yourself as to its condition.
