A late Georgian gold, aquamarine and topaz part set, comprising graduated necklace, cross pendant and two brooches.Calculated total aquamarine weight 62.01cts.Calculated total topaz weight 73.77cts.Length of necklace 43cms. Length of pendant 4.7cms. Lengths of brooches 1.8 and 2.2cms. With period case.
Condition Report: Overall condition good.
One brooch possibly converted from a clasp.
Both brooches deficient fittings.
One brooch can be suspended from the necklace.
Calculated weight of largest topaz 29.11cts, based on estimated dimensions 21.2 by 19.3 by 9.6mms.
Calculated weight of largest aquamarine 4.04cts, based on estimated dimensions 12 by 10 by 5.9mms.
Calculated total weights for both gems are based on estimated dimensions for each stone.
Necklace has replacement spring ring clasp.
Few claws worn.
