A late Victorian carved emerald and pearl necklace,
with a carved emerald pippin pendant drop. A series of graduated carved emerald beads, 8.3 to 13.2mm in size, all strung on gold wire, between pairs of graduated semi-baroque pearls and small split ring links. A larger carved emerald bead pendant to the centre, with a carved pear-shaped fluted pippin, suspended below to a bezel clasp. Marked 18C. Tested as approximately 18ct gold. 450mm long, 40mm drop, 29.86g. Pearls untested
