[ translate ]

A late Victorian diamond dress ring. Of marquise-shape outline, the old-cut diamond, with similarly-cut diamond tapered sides, to the openwork scroll gallery and replacement band. Principal diamond weight 1.26cts, estimated J-K colour, VS clarity. Ring size L. Weight 4.1gms.

Condition Report

Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. Replacement band. Some wear visible to gallery. Estimated total diamond weight 2.20cts. Diamonds bright.

Individual size and setting of non-principal diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.

Diamonds fairly well matched. One side diamond appears to draw slightly more colour. Principal diamond with some minor small dark inclusions under 10x magnification. Condition reports are offered as a guide only and we highly recommend inspecting any lot to satisfy yourself as to its condition.
