A late Victorian gold, sapphire and split pearl fly brooch. The cushion-shape sapphire and cultured pearl body, with rose-cut diamond eyes, to the split pearl wings and plain bar. Length 3.8cms. Weight 2.9gms.

Condition Report

Overall condition good. Some surface scratches, general slight discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. Mount to the eyes is worn, may require attention. Diamonds well matched. Estimated total diamond weight under 0.10ct.

Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
