A late Victorian gold triple locket bangle. The tapered bangle, with three graduated oval-shape lockets, each set with an old-cut diamond and blue enamel star motif and foliate engraved cover. Estimated total diamond weight 0.50ct, H-I colour, SI2-P1 clarity. Inner diameter 6cms. Weight 44gms.
Condition Report: Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
Bangle with evidence of alteration / adaptation, sits slightly uneven on one side.
Lockets appear to be later additions, with soft solder marks, evidence to underside of the bangle.
Lockets with glazed panel compartments in good condition.
Diamonds well matched.
Diamonds bright.
Diamonds with small inclusions, some dark and central, few minor nicks to facets.
Enamel is in good to fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to some areas of the star.
Width at widest 3.3cms.
