A late Victorian moonstone, ruby and diamond double serpent ring, circa 1900, the crossover serpents each set with an oval moonstone cabochon, one with circular cut ruby eyes, the other with rose cut diamond eyes, finger size S, 11.6g grossCondition Report: The shank has been resized, there are patches of gold coloured solder around the bases of the moonstone settings which are only really noticeable under close inspection, one of the moonstones has a big chip to one end, they both have scratches, the setting has general wear commensurate with age and use, the foiling behind one of the moonstones has a blueish tint, the ruby eyes are rubbed, one of the rose cut diamonds may have been replacedCondition Report Disclaimer
