A late Victorian opal and diamond ring, circa 1890, the oval cabochon opals with old cut diamonds in between, finger size S 1/2; and a diamond single stone ring, set with an old brilliant cut diamond, estimated to weigh 0.25 carats, finger size P 1/2, 5.4g gross

The Victorian opal ring - One of the opals may have been replaced, they have some abrasion to the tops from use

A few of the claws have been reworked, a couple have been sympathetically retipped, there is some thinning to the back of the shank
