A late Victorian plain silver goblet, upon a knopped tapering stem and spreading circular foot, with beaded rim, hallmarked Mappin & Webb Ltd, Sheffield 1882, height 6.75" (17.25cm). Together with a further two examples, each of a similar squat form with wider bowls, hallmarked S Blanckensee & Son Ltd, Birmingham 1906 and Deakin & Francis Ltd, Birmingham 1975, and a final example of globular form, hallmarked James Dixon & Sons Ltd, Sheffield 1930. Total weight 15.8ozt (491.2 grams).

Condition Report:
- Displaying general surface marks, wear, scratches and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use.
- Victorian goblet with multiple scratches and marks to cup, with heavy tarnishing inside cup and on foot.
- Victorian goblet maker's mark partially obscured, but secondary Mappin & Webb mark to underside of foot.
- Heavier tarnishing to one of the later goblets that would benefit from a clean and polish, and some residue to underside of foot.
- Larger dint and some tarnishing to globular example.
- All hallmark's and maker's marks clear and legible (expect maker's mark discussed above).
- Condition reports are offered as a guide only and we highly recommend inspecting any lot to satisfy yourself as to its condition.
