A late Victorian silver and gold, sapphire, ruby, split pearl and rose-cut diamond butterfly jewellery component.Length 3.9cms. 8.1gms.
Condition Report: General light marks, discolouration and wear. With butterfly screw post to reverse. Individual size and setting of rose-cut diamonds prevents accurate carat, colour and clarity assessment.Some diamonds cleaved or chipped. Rubies are a deep purplish red hue. Sapphires are a medium to deep blue to slightly greenish blue hue. One sapphire with nibbling to facet edges. Stones with minor abrasions. Split pearls with some small blemishes to nacre.
