A late Victorian tourmaline, pearl and diamond necklace, c.1890,
with a scrolling crossover foliate frame, milligrain set with graduated old cut diamonds. A cushion cut green tourmaline, claw set to a yellow collet at the centre, with blade edge bars set with seed pearls. A pink tourmaline and diamond pendant drop below, with gathered trace chain to the top, set with a matching pink tourmaline to plain back chain. Tested as approximately silver, backed in 18ct gold. 52 x 20mm approximately, 7.36g
