A lot of 3 stone axes, North Africa, 5th - 3rd Millennium BC, the largest is well-formed in an attractive speckled stone with well-polished surfaces, L: 2 1/2 in (6.4 cm), the second of an even brown stone with flat cutting edge, L: 2 1/4 in (5.7 cm), and the last in basalt and shows some weathering, L: 1 1/16 in (2.8 cm). Ex Southern California private collection.
