A mid 19th century Austrian 18ct gold necklace. Designed as a bead, suspended from graduated star and scroll embossed knot motif panels, to the detachable fancy-link chain. Austrian marks. Length of pendant 8.5cms. Length of chain 39cms. Weight 20gms.
Condition Report: Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
Some dents and discolouration to the chain.
Maker's mark slightly indistinct, either BB, RR, BR or RB. Austrian marks. Stamped C to clasp.
