A mid 19th century gold citrine floral pendant, with a similarly aged 9ct gold chain.

Calculated citrine weight 11cts, based on estimated dimensions of 17.5 by 14 by 8.5cms.

Chain stamped 9ct.

Length of pendant 3.6cms. Length of chain 42cms. Total weight 6.6gms.

Condition Report:
- Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.

- The bottom right side of the pendant leaf is dented into the centre slightly.

- Citrine orangish-yellow, well saturated, with good clarity and typical inclusions.

- Stone in good condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.

- Pendant tests as 20ct gold.

- Fellows uses a Thermo Scientific Nitron Handheld XRF Analyser to test metals. This technology is limited to examining metal to a depth of approximately 8 microns.
