A mid 20th century 18ct gold diamond, enamel and seed pearl blackamoor brooch, by Cartier.Signed Cartier, 9314. French assay marks. Length 3.6cms. 10.8gms. Coral untested.With fitted maker's case.
Condition Report: B.
Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
Black enamel decoration appears to have been re-done, slight peeling and residue visible to seed pearls.
Diamonds well matched.
Individual cut, size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate weight, colour and clarity assessment.

Coral untested for natural colour origin.
Coral in good condition with minor abrasions.
Stamped 'DEPOSE' and 'MADE IN FRANCE'.
Maker's case in fair condition with surface scratches and noticeable wear to edges.
