A mid 20th century 18ct gold lipstick holder, the hinged lid with calibre-cut sapphire line and watch interior, by Van Cleef & Arpels. French assay marks. Length 5.5gms. 36.2gms.
Condition Report: Overall condition good. Some surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.Dial signed Van Cleef & Arpels.
Sapphires are a well matched deep slightly violet blue hue, well saturated, with good clarity and some typical inclusions.

Sapphires generally in good condition, one with chip to corner.

French assay marks.
Width of barrel 1.5cms.
Movement does not currently appear to be functioning.
