A mid 20th century platinum and gold diamond cluster ring. Of openwork design, the old-cut diamond collet, with single-cut diamond geometric surround. Estimated total diamond weight 0.40ct, principal diamond estimated H-I colour, SI clarity. French assay marks. Ring size N. Weight 3.2gms.
Condition Report: Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
Possible replacement band, with French assay marks for platinum.
Ring head tests as platinum to the reverse and gold to the top.
Diamonds well matched.
Diamonds bright.

Principal diamond with small light inclusion to the centre.
Individual size and setting of non-principal diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.

Non-principal diamonds with some small inclusions under 10x magnification.
Length of ring head 1.5cms.
