A mid-20th century silver oval twin-handled tray, the plain centre rising to a wavy rim with plain and foliate-scroll engraved sections, the whole upon four splay bracket feet. Hallmarked Joseph Gloster Ltd., Birmingham 1947. Length 21.75" (55 cm), weight 68.38ozt (2127 grams).
Condition Report:
- The tray appears in fairly good overall condition with surface wear, scratches and marks commensurate with age and general use.
- There are some areas of tarnishing, particularly to the underside of the rim.
- There is residue polish around the feet.
