A mid Victorian silver hip flask, of curved and rounded form, engraved with stylised foliage and strapwork by George Unite, Birmingham 1867, 12cm high, 4.5oz, and a late Victorian silver mounted and leather coated hip flask, Sheffield 1895, 14cm high. Silver hip flask - several knocks and dents to the the corners and edges in particular. The safety chain is detached from the screw cover. Has engraved monogram and date 1884, maker's mark slightly worn. Leather covered hip flask - good overall, minor scratches and knocks.
