A narrow Chinese bronze axe blade, Shang-Zhou, c. 1100 - 800 BC, quite solid with rectangular profile and narrow slightly rounded cutting edge. The shaft hole with single ridge and small mounting hole. L: 4 1/8 in (10.5 cm). Nicely patinated. Ex Boston private collection.
