A nice Islamic bronze lamp filler
A nice Islamic bronze lamp filler, c. 8th - 9th Century AD, the rounded bowl resting on 3 pegs feet, long channel spout, circular projections with a recessed knob at sides and back, the larger at back serving as a handle; each with incised decoration. 4 3/4 x 3 5/8 in (12.1 x 9.2 cm). Nicely patinated. Ex Pennsylvania private collection.
