A nice Roman coin of emperor Diocletian. Struck AD 306-7 after he abdicated at the mint of Rome. Diocletian was the founder of the Tetrarchy and the coin features a fine portrait with sharp detail, the goddess Quies and Providence on the reverse. 28.5 mm, 9.51g. Ex Heritage Auctions.
