A nice Sassanian domed seal
A nice Sassanian domed seal, c. 4th - 7th Century AD. It is 22 mm in diameter and is carved from translucent quartz, with a nicely detailed hunter. Perforated for suspension. Nice example with good mineral deposits. Ex Florida private collection.
