A pair of Aubusson tapestry window surrounds, early 20th century, each with bird in flight surmount above floral scrolling sides, claret red field, each approximately 206cms wide, and 388cms high; each mounted on associated giltwood and red velvet mounted scrolling pelmets, 388cm drop, 206cm wide, .... 40cm high, 223cm wide Condition Report: Looks to have been folded and stitched for a smaller window at one point with remaining stitch and fold marks. Tassels probably associated and with some losses, inner most section slightly faded from slight exposure otherwise fair. Pelmets fair condition rubbing to gilding and velvet insets have faded, small areas of loss and loose elements.Condition Report Disclaimer
