A pair of Cypriot red-ware bowls, c. 1900 - 1650 BC, one with steep walls and tiny lug handle, 2 3/4 x 5 1/8 in (7 x 13 cm), the second narrow flattened base and two flattened lug handles, one with two pierced holes for suspension and the other with three grooves, 2 3/8 x 5 3/4 in (6 x 14.6 cm), moderate deposits. Ex London, UK private collection acquired in the 1970's-80's.
