painted with a central cartouche of a peacock among flowering plants and rockwork, within a scalloped border reserving stlylized branches, and further scrolled foliage at the shaped rim, De Klaauw (The Claw) factory, and either numeral 790 or 190, and 990 in blue
Diameter 14 1/8 in.

Condition Report:
Some chips and glaze loss to rim, as visible in the illustrations. The underside rim of one charger with a flat chip measuring approx. 2.2 x 1.2 cm. One charger with two glaze chips to center of dish on front.
