A pair of Egyptian ceramic vessels

A pair of Egyptian ceramic vessels. Lot includes a small Egyptian unguent jar, Middle kingdom, Dynasty XI - XII, c. 2081 - 1759 BC, the body round with narrow neck and flared rounded rim. The surfaces are well-preserved with a nice glossy burnished red-brown slip. 1 3/4 x 1 5/8 in (4.5 x 4.2 cm). The second vessel is a ceramic 'Bes' jar, Late Period, c. 664 - 30 BC, the ovoid body with added eyes, nose and ears, the neck short with lightly flared mouth. 2 5/8 in (6.7 cm).
