A pair of Egyptian scarabs
A pair of Egyptian scarabs. The first is a 3rd Intermediate steatite scarab, c.1075 - 664 BC, with a scarab on the base, 10 x 7 mm, the second a nice Late Period faience example, c. 664 - 332 BC, with an ibis on the base, 11 x 8 mm. Ex Southern California private collection.
