Condition Report:
Marks, scratches and abrasions comensurate with age and use. Wear and various fragments/ chips of loss to painted surface. Generally likely need re-painting. Some minor attention to joints may be required. Some relatively minor evidence of old worm largely to the top surface. Marks and drill holes where shelves have previously been placed in central space. The pediment elements are loose/ detached and require fixing into position. old splits and chips
