Paire de médaillons scaglioles Italiens imitant le porphyre sur cadres en bois doré

avec une petite tazza en porphyre et composite

Condition Report:
In overall good conserved condition. Tazza Minor scratches and some very minor chipping to edges, consistent with age and use. Some residual glue below the bowl and above the stem, which suggests a possible restoration. Please note that while most of this tazza is carved out of porphyry, the bowl plate is not and is simulated porphyry. Roundels Unexamined out of frame. Overall with very minor scratches consistent with age and use. One frame with breaks which have now been repaired. Otherwise both frames with craquelure and with minor rubbing and losses to gilding. Evidence of an old woodworm activity which no longer appears to be active. Each with a hook for hanging.
