A pair of Meissen beakers and cover, after 1760
Each with two quatrelobe cartouches decorated with gilt, iron red and puce scrollwork filled with Böttger lustre, enclosing detailed landscape scenes, the bulbous octagonal faceted lower parts reserved with landscape panels painted alternately in iron-red and purple, the covers with slightly domed cover and knop finials, each with three cartouches enclosing similar landscape scenes, 17cm high, 10.5cm diam., crossed swords marks in underglaze-blue, gilders mark 3. to both (one with haircracks and restuck cover) (4)
