A pair of Persian/Islamic glazed lamps
A pair of Persian/Islamic glazed lamps, c. 10th - 11th Century, both with nice turquoise-colored glaze. One with long channel spout and tall fill-hole, 4 1/4 x 3 1/2 in (10.7 x 8.9 cm), the second with round body and short spout, the fill-hole with three triangular cut-outs in the front and loop handle surmounted by a projection, 4 3/8 x 3 in (11.1 x 7.6 cm). Ex Massachusetts private estate.
