A pair of Regency mahogany hall chairs, circa 1815, the quatrefoil shaped back above the seat and X-shaped supports with bull's-eye mouldings, each 82cm high Condition Report: Marks, knocks, scratches, abrasions consistent with age and use,Overall solid and stable the plugged holes to the rear of the back to where it joins the seats are slightly different in arrangement - this may be due to the work of different chair maker's or perhaps a sign of some historic re-inforecement, the work is certainly not new.
