A pair of Sevres-style French porcelain gilt-metal mounted jardinieres, late 19th century, spurious interlaced Ls marks, each with 'jewelled' cartouches, painted with gallant and companion, with scroll handles and on beeded footed gilt metal bases, 16.5cm high
Condition Report:
Of good decorative appearance overall. Both have been drilled through base for mounting. One has two rim chips and another very small chip, the other example is lacking one jewelled 'pearl' to cartouche, very minor scratching and wear to gilding and enamels overall. Some wear and rubbing to gilt metal mounts. Footrims uninspected as they are concealed by mounts.
