A pair of Victorian Exeter silver 'berry' teaspoons, together with six Victorian Fiddle pattern teaspoons, also Exeter.

A pair of Victorian silver 'berry' teaspoons in Fiddle pattern, in a fitted case, hallmarked Josiah Williams & Co., Exeter 1871. Together with six Victorian Fiddle pattern teaspoons with initial engraved terminals, five hallmarked John Stone, Exeter 1850 (one dated 1851), and one spoon hallmarked William Pope, Exeter 1848. Weight 4.43ozt (137.8 grams).

Condition Report:
- The 'berry' spoons appear in fairly good overall condition with some surface wear, marks, scratches and tarnishing commensurate with age and use.

- With loss of definition to the heel drops so that they appear flattened.

- The set of six spoons appear in a similar condition but with heavier wear to the bowls, including minor surface dints and bumps and one very slightly misshapen.

- All hallmarks are legible with some minor rubbing.

- The fitted box has some light surface marks around the hinges.

- Condition reports are offered as a guide only and we highly recommend inspecting any lot to satisfy yourself as to its condition.
