A pair of early Victorian giltwood footstools, the serpentine borders carved with flowers on short cabriole legs and scroll feet, covered with gimped brocade woven with flowers within pale blue borders on a yellow ground, one with an old paper label '£12-0-0' , 20cm high; 38cm wide

Condition Report:
Both with rubbing and losses to gilding- notably to bottom of frieze
1 with old damage and repairs to 1 leg- this is discernible from the regilding and internal restoration however both stools seem to have various old restorations to gilding Condition Report Disclaimer
