Weight of sugar tongs 2.6 ozt (80.8 grams). In varied state, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The set of six knives are hallmarked Sheffield, maker's mark for Martin, Hall & Co (Richard Martin & Ebenezer Hall), date letter indistinct, each has a plated blade. The bread knife has a stainless steel blade. The knives and forks appear quite worn and tarnished with some loss of definition to the decoration. The forks have filled handles.
