Description: Two-stage barrels, octagonal then round, with smooth bores in 12 mm calibre. Mounted brass front sights. Locks with domed plates and finely engraved cocks. Lightly carved walnut stocks (one butt with shrinkage cracks), noses of dark horn. Furniture of white bronze with finely etched rocaille décor. Wooden ramrods with horn tips. Length 35.5 cm. Although the pistols are unmarked, certain aspects of style point to a St. Petersburg gunsmith.
