A pair of keys, Roman and Medieval

A pair of keys, Roman and Medieval. Lot includes a nice Roman bronze key, c. 1st - 3rd Century AD, the long flat handle with large suspension hole, L: 2 5/8 in (6.8 cm); the second is a Medieval iron key, c. 11th - 14th Century AD, with three rounded protrusions on the bow and nice patina, L: 1 ½ in (3.8 cm). Ex collection of a Manhattan, New York professor, acquired in the 1970's.
