A pair of large silver table centrepieces, Karl Junker
Oval, finely pierced and slightly bellied centrepieces of 800 silver on conical bases. The exteriors elaborately decorated with raised bird pairs between flower garlands and engraved scrolling leaves. The sides fitted with heavy, rocaille-shaped silver handles. The interiors with matching glass inserts cut with a star-shaped design at the base (one ground at the edge). One piece with 800 silver stamp, company name, and “SR” under crown on the base. Both centrepieces with an overall width of 52 cm each. Total weight without glass inserts 4.39 kg.Condition: II
