A pair of late Victorian silver cauldron salts with glass liners, plus two associated salt spoons.

A pair of late Victorian silver open salts, each of cauldron shape with gadroon style rim and raised on three stepped hoof feet, with blue glass liners, hallmarked Thomas Bradbury & Sons, London 1900; together with two salt spoons, hallmarked Hilliard & Thomason, Birmingham 1894. Weight excluding glass 4.29 ozt (133.5 grams).

Condition Report:
- Both salts appear in good overall condition, displaying some general light surface wear, marks, scratches and tarnishing.
- Hallmarks located to underside, these rubbed but legible.
- Glass liners are a good fit but are probably replacements. One appears slightly thicker.
- Stem of one spoon with likely repair at the join to the bowl. Stem of other spoon a little bent. Hallmarked to bowls, these good and clear.
