A pair of 1970s ruby and diamond floral earrings. Each designed as an oval ruby cabochon cluster, to the brilliant-cut diamond petal surround, with polished highlights. Estimated total diamond weight 5.50 to 6cts. French assay marks. Length 3.2cms. Weight 26.5gms.

Condition Report

Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear. Diamonds well matched. Diamonds bright.

Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.

Diamonds with few , minor scattered inclusions. Rubies are a well matched, medium deep slightly purplish red, well saturated, with fair clarity and typical inclusions, some surface reaching.

Rubies are in good condition with minor abrasions.

With clip fittings for non-pierced ears.
