A pearl and diamond openwork foliate design brooch, c.1900, with graduated pearls, untested, to a pierced scrollwork mount set throughout with rose cut and old cut diamonds with a central fan and resting on a curved line of rose cut diamonds, to a detachable pin, roller catch and pendant fitting, 62mm x 47mm, tested as approximately 14ct gold, 26.49g Condition Report: Pearls with good lustre overall and well matched. A few hairline cracks to pearls. A few pearls with very small spots of wear to nacre. Minor marks and scratches commensurate with age of piece and wear.
