The plate is quite heavy for its size.
Presence of a small firing imperfection to the glaze between the floral branches on the left (on the grassy matte area) as well as a scratch to the glaze above the pink rose centre.
Presence of a beige deposit around the base as illustrated.
Stepped foot and pierced 3 times for hanging.
