A rare 1829 model light cavalry trooper's sabre
dating: Second quarter of the 19th Century provenance: Sardinian Kingdom, Strong, flat, single-and short false-edged blade, tang marked 'C. PUTSCH SOHN', stamp 'RF'in front (of the inspector Roatis Francesco). Iron hilt with guard with two bands, sword-shell marked 'RF'. Long, smooth cap; wooden, leather-covered grip with brass wire binding. Iron scabbard with two suspension rings. Stamped en suite. White, leather clutches and sword-knot of the following era. length 103 cm.
