歐洲私人收藏
清 十八世紀至十九世紀早期 紫檀雜寶紋平頭案

Condition Report:
The altar table does not appear to have had any major restorations or alterations since the time of its conception apart from two additional rectangular sections of wood, which have been added beneath the transverse feet raising it up a bit. The top has some expected light scratches and some surface wear, more visible to one side, as well as some nicks along the edges of the legs.
Please note that carved apron are in another softer wood than zitan, possibly nanmu or huali as it was customary done, allowing the fluid sculpture of the swirling clouds and auspicious items.
All together the table is very elegant and of nice proportions.
