A sapphire, pearl and diamond pendant necklace

Converted from a late 19th century brooch/pendant, designed as a circular-cut sapphire and old brilliant-cut diamond cluster within a knifewire hoop surround set with similarly-cut diamond trefoils and 4.0mm bouton pearls, mounted in silver and gold, to a later fancy-link chain with cultured pearl accents, diamonds approx. 1.75cts total, pearls in pendant untested, lengths: pendant 3.7cm, chain 39.3cm

Accompanied by a report from GCS stating that the sapphire weighing approximately 4.40 carats is natural, of Basaltic origin, with no indications of heating. Report number 79190-66, dated 16th January 2019.
