A selection of four late Victorian and early 20th century 9ct gold and silver gem-set brooches and a stickpin. To include a diamond, ruby and seed pearl swallows brooch, an aquamarine and split pearl openwork bar brooch, together with two further brooches and a stickpin. Length of brooches 3.6 to 4.6cms. Diameter of stickpin head 0.9cm. Total weight 14.5gms. Purchasing information Due to the amount of items in this lot we are unable to give a detailed condition report. Overall condition fair to good. Surface scratches and discolouration in keeping with general age and wear. Two split pearls deficient to the aquamarine brooch. Some with moderate to significant tarnishing. Stones in good condition with light abrasion. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
