A set of twelve mahogany dining chairs, in George III style, 20th century, to include a pair of armchairs

Condition Report:
Marks, knocks, scratches, abrasions consistent with age and use, All chairs are of the same pattern, two however are slightly differently constructed, the ten all have a solid rail at the base of the splat the other two are made in two parts and both have woodworm, it is possible that these are older in date or incorporate earlier elements. Some later blocks present to the interior of the frames To one of these two chairs mentioned above which is loose to the rear, this probably requires some glue to fix in place, The other chairs all appear solid and stable The upholstery to the seats appears fairly recent and is in fair condition overall reflecting the lack of significant age. These chairs probably date from the second half of the 20th century
