A shallow circular pottery dish by Robert Garnet Heal, the terracotta glazed body painted with deer beneath winter trees, diameter 28.5cm, together with five other pieces of Robert Garnet Heal pottery, comprising a scalloped rim dish, diameter 22cm, two bowls, a footed dish and a chamberstick, each with incised 'RGH' mark to base. Note: Robert Garnet Heal was Ambrose Heal's cousin, with whom he became co-director of the famous family firm Heal's. These pottery items were originally part of a selling exhibition held at The Millinery Works, Islington, London.
